Fred's Inspiration:
While I was working in Juneau a friend was getting ready to teach a mask class. He asked me if I wanted a piece of alder he was preparing to carve an Eagle. He showed his style of carving. I carved this Eaglet, came up with a design to paint and added abalone shell for the pupils.
